Membentuk Generasi Cerdas Di Era Digital Dengan Bijak Menggunakan Gadget Di Desa Gedebeg Kecamatan Ngawen Kabupaten Blora

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of student dedication to society through programs that are relevant to the needs of the community. One of the activities carried out by KKN students of STAI Muhammadiyah Blora in Gedebeg Village was a socialization program entitled “Using Gadgets Wisely: A Smart Solution for Quality Children.” This program was motivated by the increasing use of gadgets among children which, if not properly guided, may have negative impacts on their character, academic performance, and social development. The KKN students aimed to provide understanding for both parents and children regarding the importance of control and supervision in gadget use, as well as introducing positive utilization of digital technology, including artificial intelligence (AI) as a learning support tool. Through the delivery of materials, interactive discussions, and demonstrations, the program received positive responses from the community, especially from mothers who showed enthusiasm in guiding their children to use gadgets wisely. The results of the socialization indicated an increased awareness among residents about the importance of supervision and strategies for healthy gadget use, which is expected to help shape a smart, well-mannered, and high-quality young generation in the digital era.
