This community service activity aimed to improve students’ Islamic public speaking skills as an effort to strengthen da’wah soft skills at SMAN 1 Sambas. Public speaking ability is an important skill that students need to possess in facing modern developments, particularly in building self-confidence, communication skills, and delivering Islamic messages effectively. However, many students still experience difficulties in speaking in public, lack self-confidence, and do not yet understand effective and engaging da’wah delivery techniques. Therefore, Islamic public speaking training was conducted as an effort to develop students’ communication skills through educational and practical approaches. The implementation method included material presentations, demonstrations, Islamic speech simulations, public speaking practices, and interactive discussions. The participants were students of SMAN 1 Sambas who actively participated throughout the training activities. The training materials covered basic public speaking techniques, voice management, body language, da’wah material preparation, and strategies to build self-confidence in public speaking. The results of the activity showed that students experienced improvements in confidence, communication abilities, and skills in delivering Islamic messages more effectively and confidently. In addition, the training activity increased students’ motivation to participate actively in da’wah and school organizational activities. Thus, Islamic public speaking training can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening students’ da’wah soft skills in the school environment.
