This study aims to describe the strategy to grow the entrepreneurial spirit of PGMI STAIM Muhammadiyah Blora students in the midst of the challenges of the times. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study techniques and reflection on Edupreneurship learning activities in PGMI students. The results of the study show that the urgency of entrepreneurship for PGMI students lies in their readiness to face job competition and become innovative and independent educators. Relevant ways to start a business include establishing a new business, buying an existing business, working together through franchises, and developing a family business. Factors that cause student business failure include lack of planning data, miscalculations, environmental changes, and weak mental resilience and risk management. The strategy of growing the entrepreneurial spirit is effectively applied through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach, strengthening Islamic entrepreneurship education, forming a student entrepreneurial community, and business assistance by entrepreneurship supervisors. This finding makes an important contribution in designing a contextual entrepreneurship learning model based on Islamic values that is applicable to PGMI students
