The development of digital technology has a significant influence on early childhood care practices, including services provided by Children's Research Parks (TPA). The use of technology not only has an impact on the way children gain learning and interaction experiences, but also requires childcare institutions to make adjustments so that the quality of services is maintained. This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by TPA in responding to technological developments to improve the quality of early childhood care. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving managers, educators, and parents of children. The results of the research show that TPA implements various strategies, including improving the competence of pensioners in digital literacy, the use of digital media that is educational and controlled in parenting activities, and developing policies on the use of technology that are oriented to the best interests of children. The implementation of this strategy has a positive impact on improving the quality of parenting, which is reflected in more systematic parenting planning, more optimal communication, and the fulfillment of aspects of child development as a whole. Therefore, the wise and targeted use of technology is an important factor in improving the quality of care in landfills in the digital era.
