This study aims to determine the effectiveness of role-playing activities as a strategy for developing interpersonal intelligence in children aged 6-7 years. Interpersonal intelligence is the ability of children to understand the feelings, motivations, and behaviors of others and establish harmonious social relationships. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi experiment design. The subjects of the study were children aged 6-7 years who were divided into experimental groups and control groups. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation using children's interpersonal intelligence assessment instruments. The results showed that there was a significant improvement in children's interpersonal skills after participating in role-playing activities compared to the group that did not participate in them. Children show development in aspects of empathy, communication, cooperation, and the ability to understand others. Thus, role-playing activities have proven to be effective as a learning strategy to develop interpersonal intelligence in children aged 6-7 years.
